This arc always makes me sad, I really liked Kelly. Angie stuck around for a while and the chemistry kind of realistically faded between her and Nate, and the signs were there withTrudy for a long time before they broke up. Both of those were earned, satisfying endings, story-wise. But Nate and Kelly really cared about each other, they were going strong, and then he just decides to dump her on a dime for a girl who never liked him in the first place. Nate and Kelly could’ve stayed together and been happy, probably for a while. But instead, Nate does this. I usually like him fine as a character, but here I just genuinly don’t.
