I’ve said it before….the guy isn’t as conservative as he likes to make people think he is. Makes me wonder why the righties love him so much. He’s not going to turn out to be the grand inquisitor they’re lusting to have as a leader.

Playing to the audience he’s after requires more flipping than a herd of Chinese acrobats. His record would kill a contortionist, and he’s a “straight shooter” from Texas???

Thanks for conceding all of the cartoon’s points about Governor Perry, Putzhill.

Can we have one about Michele Bachmann tomorrow, Nick? No doubt followed by a comment from Churchill about what a hypocrite Woodrow Wilson was.

I live in Texas. GOV Perry isn’t the best Republican to ever come down the pike, but when I look at Obama the Socialist, Perry is head and shoulders better than Obama. Reagan was a democrat, then switched parties. In the gospel according to Nick Anderson, apparently no one should ever leave the democrat party. Like the mafia.

David MCQueen, I understand voting for the lesser of evils. However you haven’t compared Perry to the other Republican candidates. Since you said he isn’t the best Republican to ever come down the pike – how does he compare to Bachmann? Huntsman? Romney? Paul? …..

Perry is a Kerry? He was a Democrat, then Republican and on most issues was fer it fer he was agin’ it, now doesn’t really follow what he’s fer or agin’, of course just like federal funding, he’s agin’ it ‘till he’s pocketing it.

Under the Fairness Doctrine this should be cancelled until a similar reverse view is expressed by the author. There is plenty of material. Instead it will continue to be a political hack barking at the moon.
