Brad says:"Just turn it off, doofus" Luann says:"Well, duh how obvious" The house phone rings. Luann says:"Y'know, Brad, for a waste of carbon, you're almost useful sometimes" Luann picks up the phone, Gunther is on the other side, he says:"Why isn't your cell phone on?"

The only thing I remember about 1999 is a dream I had as a baby, which might have occurred in 2000.
