7:30 am to 8 am is an early morning here . . . thanks to the neighbors big dog. My four-legged alarm clock.
It depends on how early the sun is getting up. Right now, it starts lightening at about 5:15, so I’m up by 5:30.
Early morning with Washington DC metro traffic is 4:30 am for me. Gotta do early or late as rush hour is like 4 hours long
