I have an irregular heartbeat; you can see it pounding when I’m physically active, but when I’m at rest it gets so low that it can’t be tracked manually. []If my heart gets slow enough, then my body decides it wants to go to sleep. At that point, I’ll just snooze if I don’t have anything to keep me awake. []Suffice to say that it’s typically quite hard to stay awake through church.

At “our” age; naps just seem to creep-up on you.[ at least they do to ME! ]
