Capo Vito Rano orders cement overshoes for cartoon-Pastis (who’s really been having a hard time of late—jailed; burned out of his studio, and now this). Can Mr. Snuffles helicopter in for the rescue? He often works with Li’l Guard Duck on mercenary missions, but he is nonetheless a very cute kitty.

Vito reminds me of Frankie from “Meet the Robinsons”

Vito is very efficient. A couple a snaps from his webbed fingers and “the boys” are fitting Pastis with cement boots. I wonder if Pastis is now gonna swim with the fishes?

I’m not a big fan of Mutts myself.

At least they didn’t give him round-bottom cement shoes, as in Laurel and Hardy’s Our Relations.

This is offtrack. I don’t like this story line.
