    Gmartin — Don’t want to burst your bubble, but cartoons are not pure reality They’re like the photos of food or fashion models in magazines.If you could walk around the back, you’d see the tape, wires, safety pins, etc that make it look so perfect and effortless from this angle.There might even be an assistant director hiding behind the table and holding up the edge hidden by the husband’s head. Don’t be fooled.

    Someone once said something to the effect that as opposed to reality, fiction had to be believable. Obviously, he wasn’t referring to the comics when he said that.
