If you just order as is off the menu, they get it right fairly often. When you start saying hold this or extra something they screw it up.

there is a wendy’s nearby, where if you ordered from the drive through, they would consistantly get it wrong. Even if it was a two item order. Ex. a salad and a coke; you get a coke and baked potato. no kidding, and no exagerating
Once ordered a chicken sandwich, add pickle and tomato. When I got it, there was pickle and tomato, but no chicken.
