Hey…put in Rutherford B. Hayes, too. Who cares…it’s a funny cartoon. I really think that the original system of electors is the only fair way to decide who will be PRESIDENT…it’s the only way to keep agrarian areas & few-populated areas properly represented in such a decision. I also favor the repeal of the 17th Amendment, as this deprives States, which created the federal government, from having a voice in that federal govt. You are all looney tunes. Gotta love it.
