Everyone talks about overpopulation. We're doing something about it. The earth's population doubles every 30 years. More people means more pollution and more poverty. But we can't stop humans from reproducing. It may sound harsh, but the only way to fight overpopulation is by letting some of the people die- which is where those of us in the managed care business come in. Extra tests for cancer patients. Experimental surgery, new drugs. Every day we deny life-saving treatment to hundreds of patients- all of them doomed to an early death because of our refusal to pay! Sure it's hard. But we know that we're making a better world... and that makes all the difference.
