    It’s actually better for your teeth to brush BEFORE a meal, and then floss after. Flossing is ten times more important than brushing. Get some of those flossing tools that are like brushes instead of using that awkward loose string. Lucky genetics is really what gives you good teeth or not. No, I’m not a dentist.

    Brushing removes plaque and food particles not between the teeth. That what it is recommended, by dentist to brush after eating.
