Demands for Accountability from Africans for their leaders, that’s what is needed, too.
As democracies mature in Africa, so hopefully will accountability become the norm.
(although, looking at recent and many past scandals within Western countries, will graft simply become more sublte and sophisticated?)
Duh!! What is the American version of accountability??? I am thinking of Banks, Aut Companies, Insurance companies,,,,,, Is accountability a Bailout without strings attached??? Or is it just being too big to fail???
