A bit of confusion here… Ok, Nobel was Swedish (blue & yellow flag) but he requested that Norwegians (red, white, blue flag) award the peace prize .

Agree with you, omQ R ; surprised that a Russian wouldn’t know the difference ; after all, Russia borders on Norway. But then again, perhaps Tunin has been taking geography lessons from Ms Palin ?…
