There have been rumors for years that Bush’s foreign policies were designed to bring on the evangelical’s view of the “End Days” (e.g., support Israel but don’t try to bring peace to the region, because that’s where Armageddon begins) – who knew his domestic policies went that way, too!
And we all said they did not have a plan.
The last move will be Martial law and Cheney declared the dictator.
All financial problems solved at the end of February.
question is that you are an ALIEN and just arrived from another planet, and I am pretty sure that even in neighboring galaxies they could give you a list of HLM lies…
Good heavens, do you really need to be reminded of Bush’s endless list of lies? Okay, for the dim ones among you out there: He lied about our reasons for invading Iraq, about the hiring and firing of US Attorneys, about his supposed willingness to fire anyone on his staff who was revealed to have outed CIA officer, Valerie Plame, about the inept cronies he placed in positions of authority (“Heckuva job Brownie.) Shall I go on?

This has a handy chart of false statements by month leading up to the Iraq war by the Bush Administration. (They count 935.)
http://www.againstbombing.org/adminlies.htm
This has a wider range, but perhaps you don’t want to check a site called “againstbombing.com” from the Americans Against World Empire - though that did used to be the conservative stand.
Or you could go to the Daily Show and check out their various cuts of Bush and his administration saying one thing and denying it later – both times on tape.
If you mean that by “on purpose” they meant to destroy the world economy and American integrity and image worldwide, I doubt that (unless you believe the End Days idea). It’s probably kinder to say they had an ideology that was impervious to emerging facts or past history (or even Bush’s father, who rejected the Iraq plan back in his administration), and they followed it to the bitter end, in defiance of all that was collapsing around them. Some might call it “integrity.” Others, “idiocy.”
