You would be surprised actually. If the sun is shining, the temperature can get quite high in the mountain in the snow. It gets cold quickly in the shadow, but as long as you are standing straight in the sun, especially at noon, it is quite comfortable. Not that I have much experience doing it naked, but I used to ski quite regularly in my youth and short sleeves were no problem during breaks. You can often see sun bathers even, quite lightly clad, sitting outside in deck chairs. Getting a sunburn is a much higher risk under these conditions.
