Even if they did, all that info would be waaay outdated, so Gitmo has no strategic purposa anymore.
raycity: So the ends justify the means? Not so much. All that does is lower us to their level and create more fuel for their position. No thanks. Time to try something different as torture has proven to not only be wrong but ineffective.
There was an article in Atlantic (sorry have to get back to you on the issue #) about how the Army found/killed KSM by using real investigations and NO torture.
The burden is on the torturers to prove that torture yields reliable results. ALL EVIDENCE SHOW IT DOES NOT.
How about changing the menu to Ham, pork chops, ribs, etc for a month. Pickled pigs feet for a nice snack. He who squeals gets lamb or tuna!
That’s not torture.
