I was fooled by the homework assignment. Didn’t realize he was saying this to fool Mom. I thought he had some evil idea on how to act out the assignment with all those tools.

six to eight weeks? I doubt it, with the power of the card, Calvin will opt for the express mail next day delivery so he can get started on …….whatever he’s going to do

So not cool, Calvin. If you’re were mine, I’d already have the tools myself and show you how to use them responsibly … not surprise me with an unexpected charge on my credit card. If I caught my kid using my credit card without my permission, we are talking “grounded” for 1 to 2 years, or possibly sent off to cadet school. But then Calvin would probably love cadet school … LOL

Calvinator, “You are correct, sir!” (imagine gruff voice of Ed McMahon addressing Johnny Carson). Calvin would NEVER be asking Susie about homework, so why is Mom not suspicious while passing by?

And all this strip reminds me of today, is my unfortunate viewing of “Hostel” yesterday.

Just caught The Italian Job last night…Some of the comments reminded me of “Left Ear”, among others.

What surprises me is that the store clerk didn’t get more suspicious when Calvin switched to homework for a cover story….

Calvin might have aspergers syndrome, considering his amazing speech skills, plus how bad he is at math.

For being such a small lad, Calvin certainly does know his power tools. Won’t mom & dad be surprised!
