    Calvin ruins Hobbes’ fun.

How is a tiger supposed to get his exercise, anyway?!?

LX013 – it is one of the few words, like “huh” and “er,” in the universal human language. Roughly translated, it means “raspberry.”

No continuation from yesterday’s strip! Calvin goes forward in time to 8:30 when the homework should already be done, but the 8:30 Calvin hasn’t done it yet, because it was supposed to already be done. Long story short, they decide to blame the 7:30 Calvin and go back there. While the 3 Calvins (6:30, 7:30, and 8:30) are arguing, the 3 Hobbes finish the homework.

Why did they leave that out? It sounds like a real funny one. As for today’s, I guess I’m old fashioned because I think Mom should’ve had some milk and cookies waiting for Calvin when he got home.

Macushlalondra-interestingly, it was an entire week’s worth of comics. They could have run the whole thing this week.

Calvin is gloating. He will get his comeuppance. “Pride goes before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” - Proverbs 16:18

Macushlalondra- That was a different series in which he had to do a homework assignment that involved writing a short story. This one was a stand alone time paradox. We should see the “triplets” in a few years, hopefully.

Calvin is proud to be an atheist - it helps him stand for so much more and fall for so much less.

DBDawg & LX013 - he’s always getting caught by Calvin reading Calvin’s comic books while Calvin is gone.

Calvin hates it when Hobbes reads his comics because Hobbes draws mustaches on the characters!
