You don’t have to tell us Calvin, we already figured it out. And every one of us has done the same at some point.

This has a lot to do with why I won’t swim in pools that allow kids. There is not enough chlorine in all the world to get me in there.

Reminds me of a sign I saw once- “This is our ‘ool’. Notice there is no ‘p’ in it. Please keep it that way!”

Any chlorine at all should keep you “out” of them, jrbj.

I’m reminded of an old joke punchline that goes: “If that alligator is a scaed of me as I am of him, that water ain’t fit to drink anyway.”

Knowing Calvin, it’s just possible that he did nothing in the pool. After, all he did say “I won’t tell you”. Great way to keep the pool to himself, and clean at the same time, and he managed to freak out Hobbes as well.

That’s why you don’t use the YMCA pool in the summer when they bring over the kids from their camp! YUCK!!!!

By the way I live in south central KS and we are having are first taste of cold weather. Further north Kansas and NB are receiving snow. A long time ago when my kids where in grade school during summer break my son told me the swimming pool had to close for water treatment because of one boy who did something nasty. I think the boy got banned from the pool. I don’t know if the parents where charged where the son was concerned for what he did. And C&H summer pool time looks fun compared to our cold weather here.

I’ve seen tigers retromicturate at the zoo. It always gets a reaction from the crowd – especially folks directly in front of the cage who get soaked.
