the shortage of docs is more of an university problem. There are not enough medical schools.
In my province, we have nursing faculties in U de Moncton (my alma mater) and UNB but students who want to become doctors have to go to Sherbrooke university, Montreal or Laval, all in Quebec.

Right there with you fennec, they can figure out ways to keep it up, but they can’t find a way for women to keep their tits from falling off.
