France has a nasty reputation for being union-nation. They organize demonstrations and all…
A chronicler on TV5 news recap “Kiosque” (I watch it weekly!) pointed out, a few weeks ago, that if european unions take desperate measures, it may be because they are in desperate situations. Contrary to what we see in the news, the unions there have very little popular support. According to that guy, Christian Rioux (a contributor to both “Kiosque” and Montreal paper “Le Devoir”) more people are unionized in America and cAnada than France.
I’m pointing out also that Europe’s revolutions are not far behind. America’s is 200 years old. France’s Last one, The Comune, is 140 years behind. In Germany, the fall of the Berlin Wall was just twenty years ago.
sat you didn’t take the time to really read the links provided. I did provide them. The original links gave you all the information necessary to calculate M3. This apparently wasn’t good enough so I provided an additional link. I continue to provide links. Your statement needs more than an anecdotal story about an unidentified French couple with none of the conversation summarized or quoted to be more than, ” I know the real reason but I ain’t tellin. ” It’s a waste of space and rude.
The charge comment was sarc. I’ll make it clear in the future.
And you still won’t explain your original comment on this toon.
Regarding m3, anyone who really needs the accurate numbers can calculate them. So, who is hiding what? If you still have a problem fine but it wasn’t for my lack of information.
Unless you are planning to explain your original comment on this toon, I’m done here.

If you aren’t willing to explain your comments Sat, it’s rude to post in the first place. Remember this moment the next time you ask for verification.
