It looks like a rude gesture, but my guess would be that he’s just telling the traffic that it’s ok to continue now. I don’t want to believe that Bruno would give a rude gesture to anybody…he’s a gentle giant.

@ Dry I don’t think you said anything wrong at all. I feared you were just “warming up”! LOL ….and who knows what’s acceptable around here anymore? But, that said, we still need to be able to respond when someone is being so nasty. I was letting my new paranoia get the best of me. BTW, I always liked the word “troll”. It so says exactly what one would like to convey about certain people one meets up with in life…..(PS: I hope you and everyone here know that I am always in your corner!)

I was thinking about you and your “UPPY PUPPY” phrase this morning, and that brought to mind the little rhyme that I came up with to say to two of the 4 siblings that we had (of which Quincy Jack was the last to pass on back in May, if you remember). Anyway, the two females were Josephine and Stella Mae (StelBel) … my Polish mother loved those names! LOL So, the 2 girls would sit there and listen to: “Josephine, my beauty queen, Prettiest girl I’ve ever seen,Except for Stelly Belly Jelly Bean!”Poor Josie…she had such an underbite, I guess she was a bit homely, but, to me, she was a beauty queen……And, to Andrew Ransom, I’d sing “Andy, I call my sugar Andy” to the tune of “Candy” (which is my name, BTW). And, to Quincy, it was, “Hit the road, Jack, and don’t you come back no more" or "Quincy Jack, Quincy, oh Quincy Jack, when are you coming back?’ (to the tune of “Billy Jack”, so he never knew whether he was coming or going. Just going down Memory Lane….Now, the only thing we’ve come up with for Max is “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer”.Wow, I was only going to type up the little rhyme. Didn’t plan on going on and on.

@puppybreath I have looked online at our two animal shelters and after observing the issues with the dogs therein, I am rethinking the puppy issue.

I think Bruno is just motioning the traffic forward. He’s a very good crossing guard you know!

cleo, I see! I knew they were about. And you know not much gets past me, SNERK! :-D

I see Grog is ready for St. Patrick’s Day, Fellow Baby!

Well I like the Green Grog, Fellow Baby! And let’s see, what is your speciality Paddy’s Day dinner, I forget but I believe Corned Beef and what else? And if you have corned beef you HAVE TO HAVE HORSERADISH!

Corned Beef Brisket, cabbage, potatoes and HORSERADISH! Sometimes I throw in onions too. Slow roasted to perfection! Of course the horseradish is the condiment, it doesn’t go in the slowcooker. I don’t think that would be very good.

Fellow Baby among other things, I’ll be doing corned beef & cabbage, Irish lamb stew and of course Irish coffee. Drop by the Big Top and you’ll see the complete menu on Saturday. I’ll, be busy, busy, busy,

I always preferred hot mustard with corned beef. Roast beef is a different story though.

Ah yes, the Lamb Stew, that’s what I forgot! If the Irish Coffee is made with Bailey’s, sir, COUNT ME IN! In fact, Fellow Baby you may want to buy more, oh yes, and the whipped cream MUST be on top! :-)

Fellow Baby, if you prefer Bailey’s,, you could certainly have that. I have it in stock as well. I like it on occasion. But I always make my Irish coffee with Jamiesons. That’s the way it’s usually served in the Montreal bars…and yes with the whipped cream on top..

I plan on having my lamb stew for lunch and the corned beef for supper.

There’s nothing betterr than cooking this stuff except eating it of course.

I better stop. I’m getting hungry. That’s not the way I want to be at bed time.

Ah yes, St. Paddy’s Day food. Dry and I are from the same pod HORSERADISH!

Fellow Baby I’m not familiar with Jamiesons. And yes, cleo we are of the same ilk food wise I do believe! :-D

And before I say goodnight, are either of you gentlemen familiar with Sleeman’s Beer? I can’t find it here in the US, but that was one GOOD, FINE TASTING beer! And with that, I will say goodnight! Sweet dreams ya’ all!
