    Guess, Oliver; guess!

BTW, I like the contrast between the image-poster of the v-p candidate (and Bill) and the candidate below it.

This is good stuff…BTY, where is Bill? He’s the ultimate goofus….he really represents so many in Washington today it’s downright funny/scary? The best pictures of Bill are when he’s only wearing a diaper.

“Where’s Bill?”?? Haven’t you been reading the strip? A couple of days ago he ran off to Oregon with the Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.

I always loved this particular strip. The look on Opus’ face is priceless and Portnoy is a crackup. Even though I voted a straight Meadow Party ticket in that election, I still feel their pain….

And worst of all, there’s nothing left in the old campaign war chest.

I suddenly wonder if Milo (on top of the TV) is any relation to Walter (Radar) O’Reily. It sure looks like he is drunk out of his gourd on grape Fanta (R) or the like.

I’m surprised that Oliver didn’t, er, ‘adjust’ the election results.

Looks like the Kennedy-Nixon episode of “Mad Men” (1st Season)

This is about the time period that I voted straight “Owl Party” in Washington State. The candidate for Commissioner of Public Lands lived in Hawaii. He said that his first act after being sworn in would be to “…commission the public lands.” They got enough of the total vote to scare the state legislature into passing laws that make the creation a viable third party almost impossible. I wish they were on the ticket again, at the state AND national level.
