Nah, I like Calvin’s better.

Calvin’s is realy scary!! Some need to be startled, to be friendly and nice doesn’t help always!

We built a name out of the first letters of our names, when we founded a “secret club”…

I would totally want to join The Sinister Icy Black Hand of Death Club! Bet the initiation rites rock!

Hobbes’ expressions and gestures are fabulous in this one. Calvin’s too. The eye fills in countless details that the line only suggests.

That sounds like A name for a cult.

If it’s The Hobbes Fan Club then Susie and Roslyn will want to join for sure.

Okay, it’s the:

TSIBHODC……….or The Hobbes Fan Club for short…..

I suggest “Asphalt Club” as in when you back into your fan….. It’s your asphalt….

If it is a secret club why should it be given a name? Next they might be arguing on who will be the president.

I was in,”The Three D’s”, club in high school! One of the guys asked me and my two friends if we were a club and said every good club has a name. Our names all started with the letter d so it made perfect sense. We went everywhere together. Only a couple close friends knew our identity. We’d leave messages in the school paper, on people’s desks, and on walls signed by “The Three D’s”. We thought we were so cool!

I had 2 clubs - first was UNSPIN (Universal Spies Incorporated), and then came VICAR, the Vicious International Cartel for Assassination and Revenge!

Vaguely!??? Oh … and good morning all!

Whatever Calvin comes up with will probably be gross!

Anything with the name Calvin in will make it ominous and chilling (especially to his parents and teachers), and if we are looking for mysterious, then you can’t beat Hobbes for that.

So my suggestion is… The Calvin and Hobbes Club ;)

i like hobbes one but my mum loves calvins one a lot ;)

Great club names RadRog! …and I hate to mention this but I was a card carrying member of U.N.C.L.E.

OATE: Bill Watterson was (is) a great Artist, but he wasn’t alone at the time he drew C&H. Now, it seems to me, cartoon “art” is really poor. Other than Wiley Miller (who draws Non-Sequitur) are there any other “Artists” doing strips these days? (i’d really like to know if I’m missing somebody)

How about, “The Republican Party”???

I was part of the Republican Party but they never did anything. The only problem with the Sinister Icy Black Hand of Death Club is how they going to get Susie to embroider that on the back of their bowling shirts.

I think they should both come up with a name that is SO SECRET they refuse to tell eachother… ~Imagine the brain-boggling, self-induced torture we’d get to watch!

I think Calvin’s suggestion goes a tad beyond “vaguely ominous and chilling.”

whenever calvin comes up with an idea it means two things:its going to get him in trouble & he is going to do something mean to susie! watch out susie he is at it again!

I just saw Toy Story 3. What if Calvin goes to college? What will happen to Hobbes?

When Calvin goes to college, he’ll probably make his roommate sleep on the floor and let Hobbes take the bed.

Compromise and call it , “Nasty Brutish and Short”

Despite the odor of the department of redundancy department (see TV Tropes), Calvin has a point. I’d name mine for the imaginary number i.
