Stel, we are having a “tropical heat wave” here today! It’s a whopping 17, real feel of 13!

Good morning kiddos. It’s a balmy 19 degrees here and I refuse to look at the wind chill factor. We are gearing up for some ice and sleet tonight so little man may get a 2 day school week..Thanks Fergus now I can’t get the Bangles out of my head. Fly like an Egyptian.

happy, I think you are coping very well. StelBel gives good advice too. This is an emotionally draining time. Whatever help you can get, take it, if you can.

StelBel, if it is not too personal: is Cymbalta covered by insurance down there? I would not be able to afford it it it were not covered. Not many would be able to, yet it is often a necessary help in this stressful life we live. (some of us anyway).

Now, who would think that goats could be photo-shopped too? Is there nothing sacred? Or am I thinking of cows?

I have no idea where that ampersand came from…

My dog Cleo used to run the length of our dock and launch herself off. She would fly for about 8 to 10 feet before entering the water.

It’s a little chilly in the early morning hours, Shika. The past few mornings have been foggy, too.
