I was a little surprised that yesterday was opening day for MLB. And our getting snow still this early in spring makes the start of the season for the minors here in my state, even the local Triple A club, seem like bad timing. But given the state of the world and our own rough winter, PLAY BALL!
I’d trade an entire Major League Baseball season for one quarter of an Australian football game, and there wouldn’t be a doubt in my mind that I’d gotten the better deal.
