The cat was looking under my bench outside. I decided to look too. Well, a sick raccoon was under my bench, yow! Luckily not rabid, something else and too sick to move much.

The cat gave Janis the April Fool joke.

As the old saying goes, “There’s no fool like an old fool.”

This is why you don’t own a cat. You can live with cats but you never own them. Also, they’re flat out bats!!t crazy.

I had an apartment infested with silverfish and my cat would stare at the ceiling until I killed whatever insect he had spotted. Often he would stare at the ceiling and I would look up but no bug! I would look down to find him staring at me. Gotcha!

Now how did a cat know it was April Fool’s Day?

It was the reverse with one of our cats; I would start looking and he would join me!

Cats love pranks.

We had cats who’d look up at the ceiling, until either i or my wife would look too. As soon as we did, they would look away. Little b@$t@rds!

The cat equivalent of looking up into the sky for no reason.

My cat used to peer under the oven. I was sure we had mice, but later found out his favorite toy was under there.
