    There was a time when sheer bulk is what made a good lineman in American Football. 350 pounds of flab was all that mattered. Now teams want them to be big AND strong.

    I see linemen with a lot of arm strength AND a flabby stomach. I have concerns about carrying around that much body weight even if a lot of it is muscle. What happens to you when your playing days are over?

    OK lets test this. So I weight one ant and then drop a weight = to 100 times his weight, he will not go smash. Oh my the test failed he smashed. Turns out ants can carry 10 – 50 times their body weight, or maybe little more! but not 100 times more.
