Dad, shouldn’t you have put the pieces together by now?

My brother fell in a puddle once…it threw him back.

Darryl looks out window and asks in hysterics, where?

I wonder if Hammie is somehow responsible for that monster puddle. If he is then that would make Hammie even scarier than Calvin.

well…. another (boring) day in paradise.

There was once a puddle so deep at my daughters’ middle school that ducks were swimming in it.

I didn’t know they lived on swamp land.

Hammie, you’re going to have to replace that lawn chair out of your allowance.

Hammie – “So I wanted to find out how deep the puddle was and you and mom have told me never to go into the water unless you know how deep it is and an adult is around. So I threw another lawn chair in; and then another, and they were all gone and still nothing showing.”

This can’t end well.

Darryl: “Hey, what happened to our other lawn chair?”

Hammie: “But WAIT!! – There’s MORE !!!” … :)
