Reminds me of a great old Whose Line Is It Anyway? scene from a hat.
The good news and the bad news:
“The good news is we’re naming a disease after you.” /turns and walks away/
The good news is that his plan paid the Doctor’s bill.
The good news is you won’t have to pay the bill. It takes 30 days to process.
A little over 12 years ago, I was told to say good-bye to my mom as she would not outlive the day. I had dinner with her last week. She is still up and kicking. Occasionally they are wrong.
This is why it’s called a practice.
Definitely time for a second opinion.
