I would take my female JRT to bed with me and lay her on the top comforter at the foot of the bed. Within 5 minutes, she would be standing on my chest, “Casey want under the cover?” I would say. I would raise the comforter to let her go between the comforter and the first blanket to go down to the foot of the bed again. She would sleep there all night.
