Of course, people wear eyeglasses due to differences in eyesight. Has nothing to do with intelligence.

Kevin, wearing glasses doesn’t make you smart. It just changes your vision.

I believe we’ve seen Kyle’s eyes just ONCE in the strip. He lifted his hair to get a better look at something. (Tauhid: date of that one?)

The glasses will give Kevin a massive headache, thereby allowing him to go to the nurse’s office and avoid the test! Brilliant!
