This must be an homage to an unfunny Seinfeld sketch.

Never accepted the premise on Sienfeld; totally dysfunctional characters with little respect and sympathy for their fellow man.

“Not that there’s anything wrong with that!”Currently rewatching the entire Seinfeld cannon for the umpteenth time, consistently laugh out loud hilarious. Not quite as good after Larry David left the writing team after season 7, but still very funny.

I don’t think they’re the masters of their domain in this strip.

    TEMPORAL DISCONTINUITY ALERT !!

Mike walked into BD’s Walden room in Oct 1970 — 27+ years before today’s strip (1998). How come this is the 15th reunion?

Did they hold their first reunion 10 years after graduation?

    Is Doonesbury Time non-linear/Euclidean/Newtonian?

My kids loved Seinfeld. I always thought the show was stupid.

No comment about this, since I never watched a single episode of Seinfeld…

I never watched a single episode eitehr. But I liked the admission that the"plotless" aspect of it was based on the old Abbott&Costello TV show of the 1950’s,which was entirely ad-libbed,or gave the impression that it was
