Now why couldn’t I be allowed to write school exams sitting shoulder to shoulder at the same desk with the smartest girl in the class? Sheesh, I could have saved all the trouble of writing all the answers beforehand on the back of my hand!

Put false there, CB, then you won’t have to worry about her telling what to put down for the rest.

I think the correct answer was ‘None of the above.’

This arc is the reason why I have never sees Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty as a couple.

It’s really quite good that Charlie got up enough gumption to tell it like it is to his teacher with his “forcing maybe, but not giving” statement. There may be hope for him yet.

Based on how this arc began, the question was “Is your hip touching the hip of your deskmate?” CB wants the answer to be False, PP insists on True.

“Write True or I’ll give you a knuckle sandwich”

Good Grief Charlie Brown, you will be wrong no matter what answer you use, and it will only get worse with age.
