This year I counted the ornaments that I put on the tree. 423. We were married almost 60 years and gave each other an ornament every year. We also bought 2 on every vacation. Plus guests often gave us one. So…. we had two trees. A ten foot one in the entry and an 8 foot one in the Family room that had only white ornaments on it.. Now all those ornaments are on the 8 foot tree. Loaded doesn’t begin to describe it. Then there are all my Annalee Reindeer. And Dale’s Jim Shore Santa’s. I might have to give tours. LOL

He draws like Oliver! Clear roads/sky until I hit Mammoth yesterday (hour and a half) then it started dumping. Beautiful, but I turned around to avoid whatever was ahead in the way of ice and managed to change my appointment to Thursday. I’ll enjoy a leisurely drive between storms thru a beautiful snow covered landscape and be able to shop and visit a museum that’s not possible in the warmer months with the dogs in the car. Hooray for 30 degrees!!!

Those window glass shards are frightening. Unsafe for kitties of all sizes and ages. Santa could replace them….GRAHAMMM…

After the votes from all 10 cats and Annie were counted, Chesney won 100 to 10.

Chesney might have a chance if Oliver isn’t running. I would definitely vote for Oliver. On another note, saw five nuthatches and three varied thrushes while out walking today.
