Let me guess. He invented the peel first, and then decided to put them around a fruit so that people would have a reason to toss them. Though he probably did say, “thou shalt not litter”.

Really has an omnipotent sense of humor.

Fun fact: About that same time, He also created slippers

Just more proof that God has a sense of humor. After all he created humans, the ultimate proof that either God has a sense of humor or he is not omnipotent after all.

Another fun fact: when you toss a banana peel out the window it lays on the trail/sidewalk about 3 weeks before it gets brittle enough to start flaking away.

He just witnessed someone stepping on a bannana peel…not so funny, there!

Bible is full of stories of god getting his jollies from human tragedies..

Surprised it took this long, it’s been a centuries long joke.

I’ve often wondered if God had a sense of humor. It would explain a lot.
