Technically, these are a form of raises. They would be getting something for working, just not monetary. And providing these benefits would probably be cheaper than giving them raises.

Meditation garden, not really. Free juice bar, nope. Office Masseur – now that would be a real benefit. I would not have to leave my ‘office’ to get my weekly massage. Tough to arrange though since I also work at home.
It has been a fun week so far. 3 days spent working in the theatre and 2 evening meetings. March 1, opening date, is coming up really fast and we still don’t have the stage ready. Getting there though. Fun night Monday as it was -31C (28 below F) when we left the theatre. Had to plug in my car for the first time in a couple of years to make sure it would start the next morning.
