I’m looking at blue skies and sunshine this morning. It’s only supposed to get to 59 today, down from yesterday’s 60. The cold wind that’s blowing is keeping the temps down.
The HOA board has finally set up a schedule for opening and closing the pool enclosure. I’m off the hook for doing both every day. I’m down to 2 mornings and one evening every week. I almost felt guilty for not going over there this morning. (Almost being the operative word here.)
You know that project I said would probably take a long time? Well, I got down and dirty yesterday and it’s done. Most of Michael’s Coke collection is either out of sight inside that closet or consolidated in one spot on the “outer” shelves. We’re a lot more organized and I love it. Now all I have to do is make sure everything is in the storage app so we know where to look for stuff.
And the desk that wasn’t supposed to arrive until next Tuesday got here last night. So we will probably spend a few hours working on that today. The instruction booklet says it should only take about an hour to put together. My reaction? Explosive laughter.

Upon rising I see 21 on the thermometer. The forecast claims sun and clouds high of 38.
A good day for my run to the grocery store and Wally World.
