Rover has been known to pull a muscle himself when chasing squirrels.

Our squirrels seem to think it’s a game, at least once they are far enough up a tree they stop and chitter at the dogs.

LOL… Rover is a true ‘Ratter’ terrier.

Only time I put my boy on a leash for a walk is if we’re in town at the park. And it isn’t squirrels so much as other dogs!.
