But not from the very first strip. The striped shirt came after a few months. And apparently he had more than one like it. There was a Sunday strip where Lucy had stolen one from the Brown’s clothes line, and was wearing it mock Charlie Brown.
I read that Charles Schulz felt that drawing Charlie Brown’s head was always a problem.
