Many years ago I worked on an ambulance crew. We had many calls to one particular address where a guy was regularly beating the dog snot out of his girlfriend. Us, the Police, Social workers tried to talk to her about going to a shelter for abused women, she kept forgiving him and going back. One day she went back once too often. He killed her.

Unfortunately yes. She kinda deserves that. Let’s hope she will understand in the future.
