I hate those awful negative thoughts. I know them so well and wish there was a way to banish them forever!

I can relate all too well!

Why do we always think the worst. I’m sure they loved you like we do. You need the ‘they loved me!’ attitude.

Does Opossum live in Mordor?

In the current parlance, I feel called out!

I feel this way so often. It’s hard for me to believe that other people like me.

You are a good person, even if you don’t think so.

Don’t wate time worrying about whether they like you. Just remember the good time you had together and you’ll realize they like you jut as much a you like them.

Silence that negative nagging voice.

Say “SILENCIO, BRUNO!!!!”

Just give it a little time. You’ll find that you both like each other.

Keep trying!

I know the feeling all too well… I’m not scary or anything.

So good to “see” you, Matt! You’ve been missed.

It’s hard to believe others can like you if you don’t like yourself. Work on the self-esteem Hyena and Opossum.
