I wondered how the elections are run…not surprised.

To all our friends in the path of the hurricane…batten down the hatches, stay safe, and I hope don’t have any damages.

NATIONAL NORTH CAROLINA DAY

From yesterday’s comments to daleandkristen who wanted to know if my book is available in print yet.

No, it will be released on the first of January. It needs a few more edits yet. I’m reading my copy and looking for mistakes before it goes to print. I found 4 mistakes on the back cover, but not a lot so far in the book. Once I finish with that, I share that information with my publisher so she can make sure they get fixed before it goes to print.

I’m glad to see that my Annie is finally exploring more of the house. On Monday, she heard her kittens, along with Molly, galloping all over upstairs. She went upstairs and I caught her poking between the spokes of the banister, playing with her kittens. When She sees me seeing her upstairs, she runs back downstairs. I haven’t convinced her yet that she is very welcome upstairs. In fact, as the nights are getting colder, I could use her warm body in my bed at night, along with some other cats.

I’m also very glad that he gets along with all the other cats. No conflicts with any of them.

So that’s how Chesney does it! I wonder how the election would end up if he played fair.

Good thing Lily is guarding the boardroom door or she might have something to say about the election.

I think we all have been here long enough to be honorary members of Ten Cats Incorporated. We all should have a vote in this!

The orange menace casting everyones’ ballot so he wins sounds like real life these days.

We’re about ‘Vegased’ out. This is the last day for the cutting competition. Our friends are going to the movies here at the hotel but I’m skipping it. We’ll get together after that for our dice game here in the room then have dinner. Home tomorrow for everyone.Then, we head to OKC on the 27th.

Chesney has always reminded me of ‘someone’. Now I KNOW who it is!

Among the 9 remaining cats there has to be at least one dissenter.

Lucky for Chesney that Oliver wasn’t running. He (Oliver) would have won in a landslide. On another note, saw a raven and three chickadees while out walking today.
