    Suggestion: if you want to feel like 50 when you are 60+, use your 50’s decade to prepare for it. That’s the period when the average person begins to get stronger advice from the docs about diet, exercise, and overall health and the best chance to make corrections. From then on, it gets serious. I was lucky all those years ago but just wish I had started some things earlier than my 50’s.
