The same Ukraine where VP Biden withheld $1B in aid as a bribe to oust a corrupt prosecutor. Ukraine had already accepted billions of U.S. military aid to help them join NATO which was ineffective.
Do you really believe that there’s any causal connection between the no-show job for Bidenkid and the current provision of weapons to Ukraina? Or are you just being sarcastic toward those who’d claim there is? I hope it’s the latter but US politics are so disordered that I can’t tell.
How are WE at war? We have no troops on the ground, we provide no air cover, no naval support. Yeah we send weapons and intel to Ukraine but we do the same to dozens of other countries too. If the tangerine toad were in office and had sent in the Marines or an armored division or two folks on the Reich (ted?) would be CHEERING him as a hero of freedom and democracy.
So is Biden’s son a reason to not help the Ukraine? After studying the situation as best I can, I fully agree with supporting the Ukraine. And even if it were conclusively proven that Biden supporting the Ukraine was some kind of quid pro quo for his son getting a job, I wouldn’t change that position. The consequences of that deal (if proven) should be upon the Bidens, not the people of the Ukraine. In fact, if the Ukraine was actually offered a deal whereby military support was contingent on a job for Hunter. I wouldn’t blame them for taking it to try and survive.
President Biden’s son was cured of crack when he landed the cushy job in Ukraine. And not coming to Ukraine’s aid when attacked by Putin would be the real crime.
And so Ted continues his inexplicable campaign to defend/minimize/distract from Putin’s campaign of murder, rape, kidnapping and massive destruction against Ukraine. Poor Ted; how can he be taken seriously after this?
This seems straight out of Putin’s Russian propaganda. Shame on you, Mr. Rall. Even if this were true, what is your point? You mean the very same Ukraine that Trump tried to bribe? Double shame on you, Mr. Rall. Oh, and if we were to go to war, what has Biden’s son to do with it? Nothing. Triple shame on you, Mr. Rall.
House Democrats have passed a bill to cap insulin prices at $35 a month.
This year alone, repairs have started on over 65,000 miles of roads and 1,500 bridges.
President Biden just ended the civil statute of limitations for child sex abuse victims.
In 2021, the U.S. economy added over 6.5 million jobs, the greatest year of job growth in history.
Democrats fought the NRA by passing the first gun violence prevention bill in decades.
While Republicans want to restrict a woman’s right to choose, Democrats are fighting to protect reproductive freedoms.
And the accomplishments of President Biden doing the job of President just keeps growing and growing and growing while Mr. Rall and friends wax pathetic, concerted empty declarations in panicked desperation.
I don’t know if this is the point the cartoonist is trying to make, but the guy sitting at the laptop is behaving exactly like a Russian did before Putin’s mobilization decree. Back in the 18th century Goethe had already criticized these couch potatoes (“nothing better than reading about the nations clashing way down there in Turkey”). If Putin really is desperate or stupid (or both) enough to use nukes, there is a possibility that Americans will be called to the draft again.

Ted’s a perfectionist. Therefore doomed to disappointment. I wonder if he lives up to his own expectations.
