……. do Hobbits grow that much?

I had some sweaters like that, as a kid .. and a teen .. and a young adult. Then my metabolism slowed enough to allow me to fill ’em out.

Could be worse, hand me downs when you’re the youngest.

But Agnes never DOES grow!! Neither does Trout or anyone else in this strip!!

It’s probably going to shrink when it gets washed.

Came from the neighbors’ garage sale (or the equivalent in the trailer park).

she can camp out and doesn’t even need a tent…

It’s always hard to tell what’s going on inside.

Looks like a bad Winter comin’ up, the Woolly Agnes has a very thick coat… ☺

Keep it. A good bulldozer cozy is hard to find anymore.

That’s gonna take a LOT of food.

If Grandma then tells you a swim suit and enrolls you in swim lessons-beware.

I do like a comfortable roomy sweater….not quite that roomy, though.
