Ooo sounds like a new arc. How will Nancy improve her grades without doing any work? Quite the pickle.

It’s the Universe’s way of keeping you from becoming another Mildred.

Unless Nancy goes to school in a country that starts the school year at a different time of year, how does the teacher know what Nancy’s grades are just 3 days into the new school year? Shouldn’t the teacher still be teaching lessons at the blackboard?

Seems like Nancy conveniently forgot her “prowess” on the basketball court.

It’s not so much pride going before a fall as pride going before a leap into the abyss.

Now I’m wondering what the “Sweathogs” (a Welcome Back, Kotter reference) in the remedial class would be like. (Is it still okay to call it “remedial” nowadays?)

I’ve made this comment in previous years but today is Nancy reset day! The first day of school is Nancy’s Groundhog Day, when her age is reset and she is once again a third-grader.

That’s a somewhat disturbing thought process, Nancy. Now SHUT UP AND STUDY!!!

I thought Nancy was in a class of her own.

Nancy must be a Trump supporter. She’s just like him.

European schools start earlier and have less time off.
