For a second I thought this was a rerun.

Has happened before, but I like the haikus in Big Nate, so i’ll let it slide.

finally we’re back in school, can’t wait for another year of classroom antics, who else is excited??

Why do you humans wake up so early

Question: how come nobody talks about Big Nate First Class?

They already did this idea so much better a few years ago. Recycling old jokes is fine, but they made the haiku so generic and boring.

…he’ll write many more in class, paying the piper, to speak, by being oblivious to the whole first day of lessons…….might it go into free fall from there?……..

I live in Canada, and I have my day off, plus, I was sick on the 2nd day of school.

Nate’s lucky that he started after labor Day. I started September 1st

Well that is frustrating, too bad he had to go to school.

First day of school on Labor Day? No wonder Godfrey is such a pain, losing a holiday like that.

Nice if he could go outside to play like in grade 1 like me there is a playground it is fun and my teacher is funny very funny!
