The US should require that all computer hardware, from chips thru glue to cases, to be sold in the US be made (fab, sorting, assembly) in the US or on Taiwan, anyone trying to finesse the requirement to spend the next 20 years in prison, forbidden to have anything to do with computers forever. Execution for a second offence.
