    Hi there Vagabonds

I called the temperature 46 trying hard to be 47 and it’s cloudy. By afternoon partly cloudy with a high of 56. Ah, Fall.

I don’t think there are any of our number still in Florida but, Ian’s eye has just pasted off the eastern coast of FLA. Ian is expected to go back inland in Georgia and go up around and leave land again just south of NE and out to sea. That of course is subject to change. Gary, our weather guy say all we get are clouds. (^.^)

Same old, same old on the agenda for today. (yawn)

May God bless you and keep you, oh yah, have a blast.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

We actually hit 100 again on Tuesday. Only 95 yesterday, but it is already that right now (about 12:30). We also had rain and lightening yesterday morning. It made it really hard to sleep in with the thunder so close and loud. It didn’t last long, but it was exciting for a little while.

We went over to the storage unit and brought home Michael’s mobility scooter yesterday. And of course, both sets of batteries are completely dead and won’t recharge. So I ordered new ones online and they’ll be here next week. In the meantime, I didn’t remember just how big that thing is sitting in the middle of our spare bedroom/store room. He doesn’t use it much, but when he needs it the batteries need to work! We’re planning on going to the Renaissance Faire next weekend and he can’t walk that much. The fun part is getting it inside the house. There are steps up to the front door, so we have to come in off the dirt path onto the patio. Not so much fun when we were pushing it because the batteries were dead.

The AC repair men came out again today. The duct that came apart a couple of weeks ago came apart on the other side of it. They repaired it, covered it with a thick goop that dries hard and seals everything up. We’re leaving it alone for a couple of hours to let the stuff dry before we turn on the AC. It’s only 95 outside! It’s funny, but I really like this company and we use them for our HOA systems too. However, the guy that created and installed that duct was young and inexperienced and used the wrong product to seal it. I won’t hold their mistake against them because their customer service is outstanding.

Housekeepers today too. So the house is ready for them, that is picked up so they can clean up.

Everyone have a save and blessed day.
